Pleasant Grove, UT – June 23rd, 2026 – Hilton announced the opening of its newest hotel, the dual-branded Tru and Home2 Suites Pleasant Grove Provo North. Located in the new Valley Grove development, the property is a unique new addition to Utah County lodging offerings, bringing modern accommodations and enhanced travel experiences to the area. The hotel expands Hilton’s growing footprint of multi-brand properties.

The multi-brand concept provides larger and enhanced communal areas and amenities than what would be standard at a standalone property, benefiting both business and leisure travelers. The hotel has a mix of unique offerings – each catering to the needs of their respective guests – including designated lobby and dining areas. The property also has a variety of shared amenities, including 24-hour fitness center and guest laundry, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor firepits and grill area. Additionally, the hotel offers a private boardroom of 375 square feet.
The 5-story property is located at 1138 S Valley Grove Way and boasts 143 rooms, with 68 Tru rooms and 75 Home2 suites. It represents a long-standing partnership between Ball Ventures, Rusty Townsend and Sequoia Development, all of whom have played a key role as owners in the project. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to quality development and community-focused hospitality.
